What is your return policy?

  • If the item is defective, we will accept an exchange or return within 7 days of the delivery date. Please email: Shop@avenue94.com for exchanges and include "Exchange" and your order number in the subject line.

Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes, we do ship Worldwide!

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed by a 7-18 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
    • Please note that some orders may take up to 60 days to arrive in a worst case scenario, if you cannot wait this long please do NOT order. This is due to our overseas warehouse, which we are currently working on moving home to the US for faster shipping times. Please know that all orders are expected to have a delivery time of 15-20 days, if you cannot wait this long please do NOT order.

    May I get a tracking number?

    • Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: Shop@avenue94.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number. 

    Where can I track my order?

    • Orders may be tracked at aftership.com/courier or 17track.net

    Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

    • Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. 

    How can I pay?

    • We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

    

    Avenue94 has a 7-day 100% satisfaction guarantee for all items, only if they are damaged or broken. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a refund confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All sales are final.

    If an item has been shipped WE CANNOT CANCEL IT FOR ANY REASON. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS COVERED ABOVE. Thanks

     

    WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
    Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week! So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. If there are none, email us!

    DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
    We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide for FREE.

    I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
    We ship from different parts of the world so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

    WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

    WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 
    If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

    CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 
    Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
